The Company buys used electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, meters, waveform recorders, etc. that are used by universities, laboratories, manufacturers, and “techies”.   These devices are purchased at auction and foreclosure. Frequently, users upgrade their test measurement equipment and used devices become available to the market. Although the instruments have been superceded by newer models, they have useful remaining life. Most were produced during the period 1999-2006 by companies like Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Tektronix, and Keithley. The Company markets exclusively on the Internet with a well developed web site. Buyers can search inventory and place orders directly on-line.There is significant competition (nationally and globally) from other resellers who compete on availability and price.
